Job summary

Hargrove seeks a technically seasoned leader to guide project teams in achieving cost, schedule, and client satisfaction targets. The role supervises engineering activities, fosters coordination among disciplines, and supports PM in budgeting, forecasting, and scope management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering and project management, with strong communication and leadership skills, and a good grasp of engineering standards and project controls tooling. A PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master of Science in Engineering is required.
• PMP or similar certification is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Inform PM of all technical issues, decisions, and problems.
• Coordinate with Client on technical design issues.
• Coordinate with PM, Construction, Procurement, Quality, and Project Controls on execution issues.
• Manage engineering budgets and schedules; document scope changes.
• Track man-hours, TIC estimates, and changes as project progresses.
• Lead multi-discipline coordination and ensure quality control of engineering work.
