Crusoe is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Engineer to join our data-center deployment team, focused on engineering and commissioning high-density cooling solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, specify, and implement chilled-water systems and controls for Spark deployments.

You will apply your experience in data centers, HVAC, and mechanical codes to ensure on-schedule delivery and robust, energy-efficient infrastructure that powers advanced AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years mechanical engineering experience with chilled water, air cooling, and HVAC.
• Experience with control strategies and sequence of operations for mechanical systems.
• Industrial or mission critical experience required.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Experience with chilled water installations and central equipment at project/site level.
• CAD tools proficiency (Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam).
• Knowledge of mechanical codes and standards (ICC, ASME B31.x, ASHRAE, NFPA).
• Ability to collaborate across hardware, software, design engineering, and construction teams.

Responsabilités

• Support site layout, planning, design, and execution for data center projects.
• Support mechanical/controls design and equipment selection.
• Coordinate with internal and external design and construction partners.
• Support mechanical and thermal rollout as Spark evolves to liquid-cooled architectures.
• Serve as dedicated Spark deployment resource for project-level engineering work.
