Crusoe is seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead commissioning execution for data center projects. You will oversee test procedures, review documentation, and provide field-level troubleshooting while moving toward project ownership.

The role requires 4+ years in data center commissioning, strong knowledge of cooling and BMS systems, and the ability to coordinate with multiple trades on-site, with 75% travel.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in data center commissioning or critical infrastructure construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered (CxA certification a plus).
• Solid understanding of data center cooling infrastructure and BMS systems.
• Working knowledge of commissioning levels L1–L5 and related docs.
• Ability to execute and troubleshoot functional and integrated system tests.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, single-line diagrams, submittals, and equipment specs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commissioning test procedures across assigned systems, including pre-functional, functional, and integrated tests.
• Review commissioning scripts, MOPs, punch lists, and turnover docs.
• Act as field-level tech resource for troubleshooting commissioning deficiencies.
• Coordinate with trades to schedule and support on-site activities.
• Verify installation readiness against drawings, submittals, and specs.
• Drive closure of open deficiencies with accurate field reports.
• Support ISTS and reliability demonstrations for MEP and BMS/EPMS.
• Participate in factory witness testing and startup validation as needed.
• Maintain complete commissioning records and turnover packages.
• Mentor junior CxE team members in the field.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to management.
• Enforce site safety protocols across all phases.
