Zusammenfassung

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Staff Commissioning Engineer to own the Spark commissioning program end to end. You will define the split of activities between factory and site, and build standardized plans, test scripts, and turnover packages to scale across a fleet of modules.

You will lead factory acceptance and integration testing of mechanical, cooling, and controls systems at the Brighton factory to ensure modules meet spec before shipment. Travel to deployment sites is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infra delivery.
• Expert knowledge of L1–L5 commissioning and related docs.
• Hands-on experience with data center cooling infrastructure and controls.
• Experience developing factory acceptance or factory witness testing.

Aufgaben

• Own the Spark commissioning program end to end, defining factory vs site activities.
• Lead factory acceptance and integration testing of mechanical, cooling, and controls systems at Brighton factory.
• Set first-article inspection, in-process quality checks, and ship-readiness criteria with teams.
• Oversee installation validation, startup, and IST at deployment sites and verify site connections.
• Track issues, drive fixes into design and factory processes.
• Manage third-party commissioning agents and equipment suppliers.
