Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Aurora, CO seeks a Senior Project Engineer for its PCI Denver 583 operations. You will manage labor control, prepare RFIs/submittals, perform takeoffs, and develop schedules with field teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction management.
• Experience managing drywall, metal stud framing, and ACT scopes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word).
• Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Motivated self-starter with initiative.
• Works well under pressure and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Prepare RFI’s and submittals.
• Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders.
• Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen.
• Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation.
• Support the QA/QC measures outlined in the program.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
