Job summary

Performance Contracting is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Denver 583 operations based in Aurora, CO. Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught.
  • Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
  • Works well under pressure and deadlines.

  • Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing.

Job description

Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee-owned organization as an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Denver 583 operations based in Aurora, CO.

The Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI. It's a dynamic position offering hands-on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Conducting safety meetings
  • Creating and managing punch lists
  • Supporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI's QA/QC program
  • Preparing RFIs and submittals
  • Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance

This position is safety-sensitive.

Pay Range: $84,000-$89,000

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
