Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for its Carmel, IN operations. The role focuses on labor control, RFIs, submittals, takeoffs, scheduling, and QA/QC to support project success.

Requirements include at least 4 years in construction management, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with field teams. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent oral and written communication, teamwork, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals.
• Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price changes.
• Create and manage job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors.
• Create and manage punch lists and closeout documentation.
• Support QA/QC measures in the program.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
