Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. seeks an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for PCI Denver 583 operations in Aurora, CO. This launching pad role offers hands-on experience in project management and estimating, with growth potential in a dynamic, employee-owned environment.

Responsibilities include safety meetings, punch lists, QA/QC support, RFIs, takeoffs, scheduling, and material coordination. Pay range is $84,000–$89,000; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new skills via technical job functions.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conducting safety meetings.
• Creating and managing punch lists.
• Supporting the QA/QC program.
• Preparing RFIs and submittals.
• Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering.
• Supporting the implementation of the job schedule.
• Coordinating warranties and O&M's.
• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing.
