Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Denver 583 operations based in Aurora, CO. This role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI, offering hands-on experience in project management and estimating to foster growth and career advancement in an innovative environment.

The position is safety-sensitive with a pay range of $84,000-$89,000 and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught.

Responsibilities

• Conducting safety meetings.
• Creating and managing punch lists.
• Supporting the QA/QC program.
• Preparing RFIs and submittals.
• Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering.
• Supporting the implementation of the job schedule.
• Coordinating warranties and O&M's.
• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing.
