Performance Contracting Group seeks an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Denver 583 operations in Aurora, CO. This launching pad role offers hands-on experience in project management, estimating, and career growth within an employee-owned organization.

The position emphasizes safety, collaboration, and professional development, with duties spanning safety meetings, RFI/submittals, takeoffs, scheduling, and QA/QC support, preparing you for future leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented with ability to learn new skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel/relocate per project needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety meetings.
• Create and manage punch lists.
• Support PCI's QA/QC program.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals.
• Labor control on projects, setup and maintenance.
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering.
• Support the implementation of the job schedule.
• Coordinate warranties and O&M’s.
• Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing.
