Job summary

Savion, a Shell Group portfolio company, is leading utility-scale solar and energy storage development across the United States. This Senior Project Electrical Engineer role focuses on HV/MV design, DC layouts, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants for complex renewables projects, including datacenter power systems.

You will guide design teams, review technical deliverables, and ensure readiness for procurement and pre-construction handoffs while supporting greenfield

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or higher required.
• PE license preferred or active pursuit.
• Experience leading multi-project electrical design workstreams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and power system architecture for utility-scale solar, BESS, and datacenter projects.
• Manage consultants and deliverables, review designs, and coordinate with owners and utilities.
• Provide design coordination, basis-of-design development, and risk communication throughout development and pre-construction.
