Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in renewable energy.
• PE Licensure or ability to obtain within a year.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering of utility-scale PV, energy storage (BESS), and microgrid projects from 5 MW to 100+ MW.
• Develop and review engineering construction documents and equipment specifications.
• Perform electrical system studies such as load flow and short circuit analyses.
• Coordinate project design assignments with local and remote teams.
• Manage electrical scope including scheduling, clients, and vendors.
