Southland Industries is seeking a senior project leader to manage large project teams, oversee staffing and appraisals, and serve as the primary contact for the project team. You will provide status updates to clients and leadership, maintain budgets, and drive strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 12+ years of experience including 5+ years of people management, mastery in HVAC/plumbing systems design, and strong leadership and public speaking abilities.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience, including minimum 5 years’ people management experience.
• Mastery knowledge of systems design such as HVAC, plumbing, etc., and all design engineering aspects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees, clients and general contractors.
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead a large team.
• Strong public speaking ability.
• Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office products such as Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a large project team/multiple project teams or multiple small projects, staffing and performance appraisals; primary contact for project team(s).
• Provide project status updates to client and leadership.
• Maintain solid client relationships and continuously source revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies.
• Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders for project.
• Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
• Delegate work and mentor project team; provide coaching and feedback.
