Southland Industries is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a large project team or multiple smaller efforts, serving as the primary contact for the project team.

The role focuses on delivering status updates, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue opportunities while shaping project strategies and budgets. Strong leadership, communication, and design-system knowledge are essential.

Competenze

• Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experience.
• Minimum 12 years’ experience, including minimum 5 years’ people management experience.
• Mastery knowledge of applicable systems design (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and design engineering aspects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees, clients and general contractors.
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead a large team.
• Strong public speaking ability.
• Strong computer skills including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel).

Mansioni

• Manage a large project team or multiple project teams and staff performance appraisals.
• Provide project status updates to client and leadership.
• Maintain solid client relationships and source opportunities for revenue.
• Develop and implement project strategies.
• Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, and change orders.
• Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
• Delegate work and mentor project teams; provide coaching and feedback.
