Job summary

You will coach team members, manage client relationships, and serve as the primary project liaison to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role requires a four-year engineering degree and 10+ years of experience with HVAC/plumbing systems design, coupled with strong communication skills and the ability to present to clients and general

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering/project management.
• Expert knowledge of systems design (HVAC, plumbing) and design engineering aspects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of employees, clients and contractors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large, complex projects.
• Strong public speaking and proposal presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages a project team for a single large complex project or multiple smaller projects.
• Coaches and provides performance feedback to team members.
• Acts as primary point of contact for the project and maintains client relationships.
• Develops and implements project strategies with management.
• Monitors budgets, costs, revenue projections, and change orders for the project.
• Participates in project meetings to discuss schedule and issues.
