Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the San Francisco area to lead complex, multi-channel client projects. You will drive marketing, creative, and content deliverables, serve as the internal lead for project execution, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication of timelines, risks, and tactical requirements.

You will oversee project planning, staffing, and deadline management, ensuring adequate resources and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in an agency/marketing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; PMP/CAPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Delivery & Client Management: oversee integrated deliverables and timelines, communicate risks and briefs to clients and internal leads.
• Operational Excellence & Execution: develop templated processes, streamline creative workflows, manage staffing and cross-functional handoffs.
• Financial & Performance Reporting: manage budgets, create SOWs, provide status reports and retrospectives.
• Coordinate across functions to deliver content marketing strategies and ensure alignment with client goals.
