Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery for key client accounts, driving marketing, creative, and content across multiple teams. You will own day-to-day project execution, timelines, risks, and tactical client requirements in collaboration with account leads.

You will oversee complex planning, staffing, and resource alignment, anticipating contingencies and maintaining project stability on high-visibility campaigns across digital and integrated assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Certification such as PMP or CAPM is preferred.
• Solid experience leading complex, high-visibility marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Oversight: manage the intersection of account ownership and production for seamless delivery.
• Client Communication: own timelines and brief needs with strong client trust and internal collaboration.
• Strategic Consulting: articulate plans and ensure deliverables align with briefs (designs, copy, strategies).
• Quality Assurance: ensure deliverables meet client goals and standards across marketing, content, and creative.
