Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across marketing, creative, and content for key client accounts. You will own day-to-day project execution, coordinating with account leads and specialists to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

This role blends internal leadership with client-facing responsibilities for timelines, risks, and tactical requirements. You’ll drive complex planning, staffing, and multi-timezone coordination, ensuring teams are supported and aligned with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in an agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent).
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Oversight: manage the intersection of account ownership and production to ensure seamless delivery.
• Client Communication: own timelines and brief needs, maintaining trust with constant communication with account leads.
• Strategic Consulting: articulate plans and consult with clients and internal leads to align deliverables with briefs.
• Quality Assurance: ensure all deliverables meet client goals and standards for marketing, content, and creative assets.
• Process Development: contribute to templated processes for kickoffs, scoping, resourcing, and contracts.
• Creative Operations: streamline workflows and refine handoff between creative, accounts, and clients.
• Resource & Staffing: own project staffing and guard against overallocation.
• Workflow Management: standardize processes across multiple workstreams (digital, social, video).
• Change Management: lead scope changes with account leads to prevent derailment.
• Budgeting & Reporting: manage budgets, draft SOWs, and provide status and retrospective reports.
