Highwire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across marketing, creative, content and integrated deliverables for key client accounts. You will coordinate with account leads and specialists to establish delivery frameworks and communicate timelines, risks, and requirements to clients and internal teams.

The role emphasizes complex planning, staffing and multi-time-zone coordination, with a focus on forward-looking contingencies and internal gatekeeping to protect project success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in an agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and practices to deliver content marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Oversight: Manage the intersection of account ownership and production to ensure seamless delivery.
• Client Communication: Own timelines and brief needs, maintaining trust through collaboration with account leads.
• Strategic Consulting: Articulate strategic plans and ensure deliverables align with briefs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet client goals and standards for marketing, content, and creative assets.
• Resource & Staffing: Own project staffing and prioritize team workloads across time zones.
