Job summary

Highwire is a strategic marketing communications agency seeking an experienced project leader to drive delivery across digital, creative, and content assets. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to translate briefs into actionable plans and outcomes, maintaining a high standard of quality and timely execution.

You will oversee budgets, SOWs, and multi-timezone workflows, while guiding teams to deliver measurable impact for B2B technology, healthcare, cybersecurity, and more.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in an agency environment.
• Experience leading multiple complex, high-visibility projects.
• Ability to develop new execution processes aligned to best practices.

Responsibilities

• Integrated oversight of account ownership and production for seamless delivery.
• Own timelines and briefs, maintaining trust through consistent client communication.
• Articulate strategic plans and ensure deliverables align with client briefs.
• Manage budgets, create SOWs, and report project status to stakeholders.
• Lead operational execution and scope change management across workstreams.
