Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility client projects across digital marketing, creative and content deliverables. You will own timelines, staffing and budgets, partnering with account leads to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

The role combines internal leadership with client-facing responsibilities, requiring strong communication, risk management, and strategic consulting to align with briefs and goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in an agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP or CAPM preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Oversight: manage the intersection of account ownership and production for seamless delivery.
• Client Communication: own timelines and brief needs, ensure trust through consistent updates with account leads.
• Strategic Consulting: articulate plans and align deliverables with client briefs.
• Quality Assurance: ensure deliverables meet client goals and standards for marketing, content, and creative assets.
