Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility marketing accounts across digital, creative, content, and other integrated deliverables. You’ll act as the internal lead and client-facing partner to coordinate timelines, risks, and tactical requirements while ensuring delivery excellence.

You’ll manage staffing and budgets, develop scalable processes, and collaborate with account leads and specialists to meet client objectives across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in an agency environment.
• Leadership of multiple concurrent, complex, high-visibility projects.
• Certified PMP or CAPM is preferred; strong cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Oversight: manage intersection of account ownership and production for seamless delivery.
• Client Communication: own timelines and briefs with account leads to maintain trust.
• Strategic Consulting: articulate plans and align deliverables with briefs.
• Quality Assurance: ensure deliverables meet client goals and standards.
• Process Development: help create templated processes for kickoff, scoping, and resourcing.
• Resource & Staffing: own project staffing and prioritize team workloads.
• Workflow Management: implement PM processes across multiple streams (digital, social, video).
• Change Management: lead scope change requests with account leads to prevent derailment.
