Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead key client accounts and cross-functional deliverables across marketing, creative, and content. You will own day-to-day project execution and act as the internal lead with clients to communicate timelines, risks, and tactical requirements.

This role requires 7+ years in agency project management, a track record of managing complex, multi-stream initiatives, and strong cross-functional coordination. A PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in an agency environment.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent, complex, high-visibility projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and budgets across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Delivery & Client Management: integrate ownership and production for seamless delivery.
• Client Communication: own timelines and briefs with clients and internal teams.
• Strategic Consulting: articulate plans and ensure deliverables align with briefs.
• Quality Assurance: ensure deliverables meet client goals and standards.
• Process Development: contribute to templated PM processes and workflows.
• Resource & Staffing: own project staffing and prioritize team work.
• Workflow Management: implement PM processes across multiple workstreams.
• Change Management: lead scope changes with account leads to prevent derailment.
• Budgeting, Reporting & Scope Stewardship: manage budgets and provide status updates.
