Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Director to provide overall direction and leadership for the assigned work program across all phases of the project lifecycle. You will drive operational excellence, financial management, and risk controls while aligning with the company’s strategy and values.

Based in Dallas, TX, you will lead accountability for safety, budgets, and subcontractor strategy, while building long-term client relationships and guiding cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 15+ years construction management experience (Preferred).
• 5+ years people management experience (Required).
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple large or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for the project across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Lead safety culture and implement corrective actions for incidents.
• Support strategy development and company-wide initiatives within the work program.
• Provide strategic direction and manage client relationships at leadership level.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and negotiate changes with stakeholders.
• Develop subcontractor strategy and select qualified partners.
