Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 15+ years construction management experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple large or complex projects.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership for the project lifecycle.
• Lead safety culture and incident investigations.
• Support strategy development and policy implementation.
• Manage client relationships and risk across the work program.
• Oversee subcontractor strategy and selection.
• Lead preconstruction discussions with clients.
• Oversee project and schedule review throughout lifecycle.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets.
• Promote diversity and inclusion.
