Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Project Director to provide overall direction and leadership for the assigned work program across all phases of the project lifecycle. You will drive operational excellence, financial management, team leadership and stakeholder relationship management to meet contractual and financial targets.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to lead diverse teams while aligning with JE Dunn's safety culture and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalently experienced candidates may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and leadership for the assigned project across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Leads safety culture and projects risk management; escalates and resolves issues.
• Manages client relationships and long-term opportunities for the work program.
• Oversees project and schedule review, budgeting, staffing and resource planning.
