Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
15+ years construction management experience (Preferred).
5+ years people management experience (Required).
Demonstrated success leading multiple large projects and teams.
Ability to develop contractual obligations and manage risk effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide direction and leadership for the assigned project across all phases of the lifecycle.
Lead safety culture and investigate incidents; mentor staff as needed.
Assist senior management with strategy development and company initiatives.
Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with project lifecycle plans.
Manage client relationships at the leadership level and cultivate repeat business.
Oversee risk assessment, change orders, and contingency management.
