Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Designer to lead design delivery for assigned accounts in Indianapolis. You will implement workplace strategy, manage design teams, and ensure documentation aligns with client standards.

You will collaborate with CRE professionals, organize data analytics for client presentations, and ensure designs comply with codes and safety requirements while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Holds Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (NCIDQ a plus).
• 5-8 years’ work experience in interior design, architecture and/or space planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• AutoCAD skills required; REVIT a plus.
• Familiar with CAFM software (Serraview, Manhattan, Center Stone, Planon, Archibus).
• Proficient in programming and space planning for varying space sizes.
• Ability to read construction documents and understand programming codes and procedures.
• Excellent organization and documentation experience.
