Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Designer to lead design efforts for assigned accounts in a dynamic CRE environment. You will manage process documentation, develop workplace standards, and deliver compelling space plans and test fits to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with portfolio strategists, project managers, and occupancy planners, while training junior designers and ensuring code compliance and high-quality outcomes across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program.
• 5–8 years of experience in interior design, architecture, or space planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong CAD skills (AutoCAD; REVIT helpful).
• Familiarity with CAFM tools and ability to learn client systems.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for accounts and manage design processes.
• Develop and implement workplace strategies and standards.
• Create space plans, test fits, and design concepts for clients.
• Prepare final client documents and presentations for approvals.
• Coordinate with CRE team members and analytics for client delivery.
• Train and develop design talent on assigned accounts.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and quality in all designs.
