Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Design Project Manager to oversee the design process from campus planning through construction drawings.

You will build matrixed design teams with internal and external partners and oversee construction administration services to support project execution. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and knowledge of design principles, with travel across the Indianapolis metro area as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the design process from planning to construction drawings.
• Coordinate design teams and external design services partners/providers.
• Administer and track contracts, define deliverables, and manage scope, cost, and schedule.
• Provide dashboard reporting on cost, schedule, scope and progress.
