Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager, Project Designer to lead design efforts for assigned accounts. The role focuses on implementing workplace strategy, maintaining standards, and guiding design associates to deliver high-quality space solutions.

The Design Manager coordinates with CRE team members, prepares client-ready documents, and ensures space plans meet code and safety requirements while optimizing layout and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture or Interior Design (NCIDQ a plus).
• 5-8 years in interior design, architecture, or space planning or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; REVIT a plus; comfortable with CAFM software.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main point of contact for account.
• Implements workplace strategy and client standards.
• Delivers client workplace model standards and suggests improvements.
• Creates test fits and space improvements.
• Provides proposals to maximize space efficiencies while aligning with CRE goals.
• Collaborates with CRE team members and project stakeholders.
• Interfaces with client to develop workplace options and final concepts.
• Organizes data analytics and space solutions for client delivery.
• Ensures space plans meet safety, codes, and accessibility requirements.
