Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction projects in Texas. You will guide the full project lifecycle, manage diverse teams, and collaborate with clients, designers, and trade partners to meet safety, quality, and budget goals.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of construction PM experience, leadership responsibilities, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. OSHA 30 certification is preferred; training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction project management, including 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 within 6 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full project lifecycle from business award through final completion, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, safety and quality objectives.
• Manages project teams including project managers, engineers, and field staff, aligning with execution plans and standards.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients, designers and trade partners to promote collaboration and resolve challenges.
• Reviews and approves major decisions on budgets, contracts, and schedule in coordination with leadership.
• Leads risk management and mitigation planning to ensure safety and compliance.
• Mentors team members with coaching and performance feedback to grow leadership capability.
