Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Project Manager in the Houston area to lead complex construction initiatives and advance team development. The role assumes responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, coordinating engineers, supervisors, contractors, and stakeholders to satisfy scope, schedule, and quality standards.

The candidate will oversee budgeting, contracts, risk, and safety initiatives while fostering a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across all project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a project team to deliver end-to-end construction projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet scope, schedule and quality.
• Monitor project performance, manage finances, contracts, risk, and safety programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience
