Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior project leader to drive all phases of delivery from preconstruction to closeout in Austin, TX. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage risk, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule align with DPR standards.

This role partners with clients and trade partners to deliver complex projects while mentoring emerging leaders. Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in PM, 5+ years in leadership, and experience with large commercial or healthcare schemes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing project teams.
• Experience managing large, complex commercial/healthcare projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; complete within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Direct project teams and field staff, aligning with execution plans and DPR standards.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners.
• Review major decisions: budgets, contracts, and schedules with senior leadership.
• Drive risk management, safety and continuous improvement across projects.
• Mentor and develop team members through structured feedback and training.
• Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
