Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Service Center Specialist in hybrid work arrangement based in Sanford, Florida. The role focuses on field operations, equipment sourcing, dispatch, and contract administration to keep rentals, service, and projects on track.

The ideal candidate will manage logistics, coordinate with field teams, and support billing with accurate time entries and cost allocations. A strong ERP and Microsoft Office background is beneficial for daily operations and customer coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in operations, field coordination, rental, or service roles preferred.
• Experience with equipment rental, utilities, or industrial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and locate rental and service equipment across branches and approved vendors.
• Coordinate equipment availability to meet jobsite schedules and emergencies.
• Dispatch trucks for deliveries and pick-ups and coordinate logistics with drivers and field techs.
• Create, process, and track rental/service/purchase orders and quotes.
• Support contract setup, renewals, and simple modifications; ensure terms are reflected in orders.
• Support billing with accurate time entry, codes, and cost allocation.
