Job summary

Crew2, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee installation projects from initiation to completion, serving as a senior resource for the Project Coordination team and ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient project execution, and financial accuracy by coordinating with customers, installers, vendors, and internal departments.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field is required.
2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator (Crew2) or 3+ years in construction-related roles preferred.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules to meet service standards.
Serve as primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle with proactive communication.
Handle escalations and collaborate with installers and internal teams for positive outcomes.
Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure accuracy in company systems.
Provide mentorship to Coordinators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
