Crew2, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to manage installation projects from start to finish and mentor the Project Coordination team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, construction, or project management.
• Experience coordinating multiple installation projects and teams.
• Knowledge of Crew2 systems is a plus; building trades experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules to ensure on-time completion within service standards.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle with proactive communication.
• Respond to inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Manage complex escalations with installers and internal teams for positive outcomes.
• Conduct post-install follow-up to verify satisfaction and close projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, status updates, and resolutions.
• Monitor VOC, cycle time, and service performance to drive improvements.
• Oversee multiple projects from assignment to completion; align milestones and resources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to minimize delays and improve efficiency.
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Provide mentorship to Project Coordinators and assist with onboarding.
• Partner with Operations on process improvements and goals.
• Lead by example to promote professionalism and service quality.
