Crew2, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between customers and the installation workforce, ensuring a seamless, high-quality installation experience.

You will work daily with installers, clients, and homeowners to support scheduling, communication, and issue resolution. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, and promoting service excellence across the Crew2 organization.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business or related field required; combination of education and related work experience considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience in construction/installation environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules and timeframes.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to customers regarding timing and expectations.
  • Respond promptly to customer calls and service requests; ensure satisfaction.
  • Dispatch work orders to service providers and confirm completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer experience.

This role interfaces daily with installers, clients, service providers, internal Crew2 personnel, and homeowners to support effective scheduling, communication, and issue resolution.Essential ResponsibilitiesCustomer ExperienceCoordinate and manage daily installation schedules and timeframes.Conduct proactive outreach to customers to review installation timing, requirements, and expectations.Respond promptly to incoming customer calls and service requests.Follow up post-installation to confirm satisfaction and close out service needs.Serve as the primary point of contact and problem solver when issues arise during the installation process.Demonstrate excellence in customer communications, ensuring all correspondence is professional, timely, and thoroughly documented.Maintain awareness of customer satisfaction metrics (VOC, cycle time) and the role this position plays in driving results.Installer EngagementCoordinate and dispatch work orders to service providers daily.Communicate installation expectations to installers and ensure customers are prepared for service.Confirm completion of work and verify customer satisfaction.Foster a positive professional environment that supports service provider engagement, retention, and recruitment.Facilitate timely, respectful, and solution-focused conversations when addressing installer concerns.Ensure timely and accurate payment to service providers.Production Team PartnershipSupport the production team in achieving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.Collaborate closely with internal partners to strengthen service quality and elevate the Crew2 customer experience.Education & ExperienceAssociate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field required; OREquivalent combination of education and related work experience.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong personal leadership with the ability to work independently and influence outcomes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of building productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.Working knowledge of Crew2 programs, products, and services.Experience within the building trades, installation, or construction service environment preferred.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with creativity, resourcefulness, and urgency.Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.If you value opportunities to grow from within, enjoy great benefits, and appreciate a healthy work-life balance, then there is a place for you here.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, individual with disabilities, veteran status, gender identity or national origin.
