Crew2 is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator in Minneapolis, MN. The role manages installation projects from initiation through completion, serving as a senior resource for the Project Coordination team.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, handling escalations, and driving operational excellence with cross-functional partners. Mentors will guide coordinating staff and ensure quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field required; OR 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management or operational software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily installation schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within service standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Customer Service to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
• Provide mentorship and onboarding support to Project Coordinators.
• Conduct weekly audits of project documents and payments to ensure accuracy.
