Job summary

Exelon is seeking a seasoned Manager within Project Controls to supervise estimators, schedulers and cost analysts. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and delivering performance reports to Directors and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Field.
• 4-7 years related experience, or 6-9 years relevant business experience if no Bachelor's.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, budgeting and cost analysis skills.
• Ability to supervise, mentor and develop people.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and manage workload of Estimators, Schedulers, and Cost Analysts.
• Develop, monitor and present project budgets and LRPs; analyze variances to budget and forecast.
• Produce reports for budgeting, cost forecasting, and performance to senior leadership.
• Coordinate monthly forecasting and risk/opportunity meetings; provide detailed variance analyses.
• Represent Project Controls in estimating, scheduling and cost processes and improvements.
