Job summary

ComEd is seeking a skilled Scheduling Analyst to provide analytical schedule support for Project Managers, Managers of Projects and Directors in Illinois. You will develop IMS/portfolio views, monitor milestones, and ensure baselines are maintained using Primavera P6, PV, Hyperion, Asset Suite 8, Excel and MS Project.

You will produce weekly or monthly status reports, support forecasting, resource loading, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align schedule with cost and scope,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial or Technical Field.
• 4-7 years related experience, or 6-9 years in lieu of degree.
• Ability to build a schedule from estimate or scope.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Access/PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; prioritization skills.
• Experience interfacing with management and scheduling teams.

Responsibilities

• Build reports, earned value metrics and schedules to assist in Centrally Managed work execution.
• Create Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and portfolio views with resource loading.
• Develop and update standard schedule templates for projects and programs.
• Participate in project team meetings including financial forecasting.
• Interface with departments and promote diversity and inclusion in scheduling.
• Ensure projects are statused and closed in appropriate timeframes; support 24/7 on-call scheduling.
• Conduct workload and union impact analysis and forecast resources.
