The role focuses on planning, scheduling and cost control for heavy industrial projects, with responsibilities spanning forecasts, updates, change orders, and cost reporting. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in planning, scheduling and estimating, with proficiency in Primavera P6, Timberline Estimating and MS Office, and strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Science, Building Science or advanced coursework preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project controls deliverables and scheduling constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities and identify coordination issues.
• Monitor and update schedules through meetings, interviews and field verification.
• Maintain change notice/change order management system and assist in hearings and committee meetings.
• Develop estimates for construction projects including change notices.
• Develop and maintain cost system with reconciliations and cost reports.
