• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor or Master in Construction Science or related field preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating for industrial projects.
• Proficient in schedule development, cost estimating, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analyses for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitor and update schedules via meetings, interviews, and field verification.
• Maintain change notice/change order management system.
