Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Strong communication skills and ability to discuss with engineering disciplines and contractors.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Timberline Estimating.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule heavy industrial projects, monitor costs and support estimates.
• Develop schedules for contract packages and forecast construction activities.
• Monitor updates via meetings, field verification and coordination interviews.
• Maintain change notice/change order management system and assist hearings.
• Develop and maintain cost systems, reconcile commitments and invoices.
• Produce cost reports and assist in cost control activities.
