Hargrove is seeking an experienced Planner/Estimator to oversee planning, scheduling, and cost control for heavy industrial projects. The candidate will develop construction estimates, schedules, and budgets while coordinating with multiple engineering disciplines.

The role requires strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Timberline Estimating, with a focus on accuracy, coordination, and timely reporting. On-site work in a challenging industrial environment is expected.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Must be able to develop construction cost estimates, schedules, and man-hour budgets for projects.

Responsabilidades

• Developing schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Monitoring and updating schedules through meetings and field verification.
• Maintaining change notice/change order management system and facilitating hearings.
• Developing estimates for construction projects and related cost reports.
• Collaborating with disciplines to coordinate schedules, scopes of work and costs.
