Job summary

Hargrove is hiring for a heavy industrial project planning and scheduling role in California. The candidate will plan and forecast construction activities, monitor costs, and ensure scheduling integrity under general supervision.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in planning, scheduling, cost control, and estimating, with proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Timberline Estimating, and MS Office. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
• Experience using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Timberline Estimating, and MS Office.
• Ability to develop construction cost estimates and detailed schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and analysis for contract packages to forecast construction activities.
• Update schedules through meetings, coordination interviews and field verification.
• Maintain change notice/change order management system and facilitate hearings.
• Develop and maintain construction cost estimates including change notices.
• Maintain cost reporting and reconciliation of commitments, change orders, and invoices.
