MasTec is seeking a Project Controls Manager - Scheduling to lead standardized scheduling practices across MasTec Industrial. You will oversee baseline development, training, and governance to ensure accurate project performance management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in scheduling on engineering or construction projects, with PSP PMI-SP certification preferred. Compensation ranges from $190,000 to $200,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead baseline development steps, reviews and pull planning sessions with stakeholders.
• Advise project management on schedule analysis, trends, forecasting, Time Impact Analysis, and scheduling claims.
• Coordinate resources and participants in scheduling activities.
• Analyze scheduling data and collaborate with management to propose improvements.
• Lead project reviews on schedule performance and change management.
• Develop and improve scheduling practices and procedures.
• Train project teams in the use of scheduling and control tools.
• Perform complex assignments independently and conduct performance reviews.
