Job summary

MasTec is seeking a Director of Scheduling to lead the Project Controls scheduling function across our projects. You will oversee schedule development, analysis, maintenance, forecasting, and reporting, while managing a scheduling team to deliver accurate data for operational decision-making.

The role supports a remote or office-based arrangement with up to 30% travel, requiring strong Primavera P6 expertise, earned value proficiency, and collaboration with estimating, procurement, engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM, construction mgmt, engineering or related major.
• 15+ years in project management and/or project controls with 5+ years supervising.
• Renewable energy construction experience preferred; PSP/PMI-SP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the scheduling team and set clear expectations.
• Assign project schedules based on needs and team capacity.
• Provide training and mentoring to scheduling staff.
• Collaborate with cost, change and forecast data for integration.
• Develop and maintain standard scheduling tools including Primavera P6.
• Lead schedule risk assessments and forecasts for projects.
