Jacobs is seeking a Senior PM/CM to lead project cost controls and budgeting across complex programs in the US. You will manage CPM schedules in Primavera P6, monitor costs, and coordinate with procurement, finance, and field teams to keep programs on track.

This role requires 8+ years of experience in project cost controls and construction management, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, project management, construction management, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of project cost controls and project/construction management experience.
• 8+ years of experience with Primavera P6 scheduling projects, programs, and portfolios.
• Experience in cost estimating, cost control, change management, risk management, cost analysis and variance analysis.
• Experience building and maintaining Primavera P6 resource loaded schedules.
• Experience building and maintaining Primavera P6 cost loaded schedules supporting forecasting and multi-year planning.

Mansioni

• Oversee project budget/cost management and forecasting, including tracking labor and direct costs.
• Oversee monthly reports, weekly change management reports, and the program’s dashboard.
• Perform monthly reconciliations across client financial and PMIS systems.
• Create/update CPM schedules in Primavera P6 and analyze scheduling data for improvements.
• Support and lead the team on budget, funding, and invoice issues.
• Develop and evaluate major program cost estimates and risk factors.
• Review contracts, Work Orders, and procurement-related documents as needed.
• Participate in progress/status review meetings and communicate schedule status.
