Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead budget, scheduling, and cost-control activities for a major program. The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, design, and construction teams to ensure program success and alignment with client goals.

The position supports hybrid work coming in two days a week at a Jacobs office, with Midwest travel as needed. A senior-level candidate with extensive Primavera P6 experience will manage a team of controls

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of progressive project controls experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling projects, programs, and portfolios.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain standard program procedures for project controls.
• Ability to develop and evaluate major program cost estimates and extended budget projections.
• Experience building Primavera P6 cost loaded and resource loaded schedules.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for Operations, Project Managers, Project Director and client in all aspects relating to Project Controls Services.
• Ensure alignment between project services, design, and construction teams to support the Program needs.
• Attend and support Operations status review meetings.
• Ensure the integrity of the project budget through approved scope changes.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on progress, cost and schedule variances, and forecasts.
• Create, implement, and execute project controls plan to support contract requirements and the successful execution of project controls.
